Smoking cessation

Hypnosis can effectively stop your cravings and change your daily habits. Prior to your first session, you will be given a specific program to follow. These guidelines will enable you to immediately stop smoking by the end of the first session.

Stress management

Hypnosis allows you to respond to stressful environmental stimuli with creative solutions. Our specialized mental scenarios will guide you through the process of adapting to difficult situations in highly productive ways.

Depression

Our techniques begin by exploring your times of joy. We focus on those positive experiences, then carefully superimpose them on the present, thereby “reinstalling” your current perspective.

Mental focus

Eliminate extraneous influences that interfere with your ability to concentrate. Hypnosis can stimulate the neurological structures responsible for effective attention to information presented.

Bruxism (teeth grinding)

Bruxism can be caused by spontaneous tension. Hypnosis can be an effective tool for managing bruxism by training your body to automatically engage in spontaneous relaxation whenever tension is detected.

Weight loss

If you can gain weight, you can lose weight. No fad diets, no calorie restriction — just eat when you’re hungry. Hypnosis gives you the discipline to make the right choices and maintain high levels of energy.

Gastric bypass

We offer a dedicated program specifically for gastric bypass clients. Our approach accurately recreates the experience, from entering the operating room to surgery and recovery. You’ll leave immediately feeling a reduction in appetite, and continue with followup sessions for sustained results.

Anxiety reduction

Anxiety is often produced as a result of conditioned responses to specific situations, or as a generalized reaction to stressful situations. We use hypnosis to alter conditioned responses on a fundamental level, eliminating the pattern of negative reaction.

Phobias

Most phobias originate from fear — produced either by you or those around you — that has been hardwired into association with the stimulus. We will guide you through a phobic reaction and allow you to a formulate an alternative calming, adaptive, and pleasant reaction.

We will test improvement by asking you to rate your fear before and after each session.
